Eckhart Schmidt has spent a lot of time on one of Los Angeles' most iconic roads, the hill topping
Mulholland Drive. Home to Jack Nicholson and Marlon Brando, eternalised in many songs by Tom Petty, R.E.M. and Bob Seger, to name a few, inspiring painter David Hockney - the scenic road never fails to intrigue and fascinate.
Eckhart fell in love with the road. The results are a new photo novel and a documentary film.
